Thomas and his crew came in and inspected all the infected areas. They were very thorough — they tested for mold, asbestos, and lead before starting the water damage repairs, to make sure we were safe from any type of bacteria.
After receiving the test results, which came back negative, they removed all the damaged items and dried out the affected areas.
Proceeding with their work, they cleaned up as if nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them.
When they inspected my house, they checked underneath and found that the water had poured into my basement and onto the earth — there was water everywhere.
